In order to enable impoverished students to continue their education without facing any financial barriers, the Indian government and other private groups offer financial aid in the form of scholarship programs for Indian students. The Central/State governments, as well as some private groups, offer graduation scholarships in India to students hailing from less affluent homes. Minority-certified candidates who are interested also receive special consideration.

In this post, let’s have a look at a few such scholarships.

CCB Scholarship

The CCB scholarship is offered by India’s Combined Counselling Board. The scholarship includes the SC/ST Scholarship for Diploma Students and offers them the necessary financial assistance while they pursue diplomas through postgraduate level studies. However, candidates who belong to the economically underprivileged segment of society will be given special advantages. The chosen individuals will be repaid for about 80% of their tuition costs.

E-District Scholarship

For students pursuing class 11/a nursing diploma and other professional courses, the state government of India offers the E-District scholarship. For consideration under the scholarship program, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 50% and a family income of INR 2,50,000 per year. There are maximum incentives of up to INR 1,200 available on selection.
